Physical Therapy
Physical therapy initial evaluation includes: history intake, movement assessment, a series of tests and measures, and Plan of care, complete with home exercise program and manual therapy for this initial day.
Follow up visits include: Manual therapies such as hands on adjustments, joint mobility, therapeutic cupping, therapeutic taping, and therapeutic dry needling, electro needling, Accelerated Rehabilitation Performance Training or assessments with ARP wave Technologies, Nerve glides, Muscle energy techniques, etc.
Scheduling, Billing, Invoices, and Home Exercise Programs are located in our PTE app found in the App store.
Neurofeedback
This includes obtaining a Neurofeedback map on day one. This map allows us to examine 19 different locations of the brain and their associated brain waves. Based on the location of the brain wave and our analytic system we are able to observe if a brain wave is working optimally, slowing or working too fast. We use this information to then compile a report with your individual data. This data is explained within a video format and sent to our patients for viewing. In addition a free 15 min follow up appointment is created to answer any additional information after the review of the video. We may begin the Neurofeedback training the same day as the map review.
Neurofeedback Training is the next phase, which includes monitoring 1-4 locations at a time while a client watches a desirable TV show or Movie in our office. We use operant conditioning which rewards a client with undisrupted viewing of their selected show (full picture and audio functions) when the monitored location receives the correct brain wave. This system utilizes subconscious biofeedback pathways to make create new highways for improved communication within your brain
Microvascular Screening
PMH (Pre Medical History) Intake including specific concerns that the patient is dealing with, past surgeries, medications currently on, doctors that are monitoring patients activity levels or cardiac conditions.
Glycocheck Test - 30 min test showing total health score based on 7 categories showing health of micro-vascular system, as well as Endocalyx hair presence in small vessels
PNOE Cardiovascular Stress Testing - looks at your exchange of O2 with CO2 showing us how well you metabolize fats vs sugars for energy as well as the limiting factors that may contribute to muscle fatigue or impaired exertion levels with daily activity or sport performance training. This assessment utilizes movement associated with breathing rate and gas exchange to show us how hard you can safely push your body, and how to assess the full working potential of your CV system.
Whole Health
We use Bioenergetic testing through Quest Diagnostics - This analytical tool allows us to take a full systematic approach to testing how all your organ systems are doing. We use two hand-held electrodes that scan your body for frequency signatures that tell us the health of the underlying tissues and regulating systems. From emotional health, physical health, or chemical reactionary health we are able to create a plan of care for you that optimizes your natural healing capacity of your systems to energetically bring you back into homeostasis.
Commonly used for allergy testing, emotional health identification, parasitic or bacterial identification, and full comprehensive systematic review.
